Breathwork is a deeply meditative, embodied practice that helps reconnect the mind and body. As a Breathwork Coach and Somatic Therapist, I integrate gentle breathing techniques, somatic awareness, and creative practices to support nervous system regulation and self-discovery.
I specialise in working with those who have experienced trauma, always at a pace that feels safe and appropriate.
While practices like Wim Hof or holotropic breathwork can offer powerful experiences, they can sometimes be too intense—especially for those with sensitive nervous systems. My approach is more grounded and gentle, using techniques like the humming bee breath, rock and roll breath, and Ujjayi breath.
Together, we begin by simply becoming aware of your natural breath. From there, we listen deeply to your body and co-create a practice that supports your needs and goals. Breathwork can open the door to relaxation, inner insight, and profound shifts in awareness.
Your confidentiality is paramount. I follow the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions, and all of my client work is regularly supervised by an experienced and trained clinical supervisor.
If you’re seeking supervision, I’d be glad to explore whether we might work well together. I trained as an Integrative Supervisor and offer supervision to counsellors and professionals in other helping roles, including nurses and mental health workers.
For me, supervision is about more than just managing risk or challenges—it’s a space to reflect, feel supported, and grow both personally and professionally.
